Nature of services provided by our company
- Employees provided by the company are qualified & experienced as per the requirements of employer department/company.|
- A file containing photocopies of all the joining candidates' documents i.e. Aadhar card, PAN Card, Identity Card, Qualification Certificates etc. are provided to the employer.
- All the employees will be verified by their respective MC/ Sarpanch and Police Station. A photocopy of this verification is provided to the employer department/company.
- Employees are restricted to wear dress only as per the company dress codes. (Employer department/company has the rights to allow employee to wear other dress codes or department can also exempt employee from a dress code).
- Employees will be wearing Identity Card provided by the company.
- We believe in transparency. So we share most of the activities and details with the employee and employer through our online/offline working system.
- Salaries of all the employees are transfered to their bank accounts only. For those employees who don't have bank account, Company has provision to open salary account of zero MAB (Minimum Account Balance) type.
- EPF, ESI of all the employees are paid to their respective EPF and ESI accounts as per the latest rates notified by the respective labor department.
- Photocopies of I) list of salary disbursed to the employees' accounts ( stamped by bank) II) list of EPF deposited to employees' respective EPF account III) list of ESI deposited to employees' respective ESI account IV) GST paid by the company, are provided by the company to employer department with the next consecutive month's bill.
- Our company's field supervisor checks all employees randomly. If any employee is found doing his duty properly or if the supervisor receives any complaint about from employer than the respective employee will be replaced with the new employee.
- All the employees are strictly restricted from the use of any kind of drug or alcohol during their duty timings

- When an employee joins any department he/ she is provided with a unique user id.
- With the help of this User Id employee will be able to check all details related to him through our official website on his mobile/computer.
- Employee can check details of his salaries with the help of this User Id. Like amount of salary paid, date of salary disbursement and last month salary details etc.
- Employee can check details of his Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI). He can check the amounts transferred to his/her EPS & ESI accounts, employee contribution as well as employer contribution.
- If the employee has any doubt about his salary, EPF, ESI or have any other query, he/she will be able to send a report from his user id. Company responds to his employees' queries in the best possible way through online, email of telephonic media.
- One of the deserving employees will be considered as supervisor particularly for your department/company only. He will have special kind of User Id, he will be able to check the list of all candidate of working in his department. Only he will have the rights to mark the attendance of all employees online through his User Id. He can also complain to company for any mistake or indiscipline created by any employee.
- One of the authorities of your department/ company will be also given a unique User Id. With the help of this user id employer will be able to check all details related to employees deployed in his/her department. He can check the list of employees containing personal details of all employees. He can also check their salary details, EPF & ESI details, attendance, etc. He/she will be able to make any complain about any employee with the help of this User Id.
